MATTED COAT
When a dog is presented to us in a severely matted condition it is our policy to shave the whole coat off with clippers using a short blade. Shaving the coat is quicker and more gentle on your dog. De-matting causes pain, stress and trauma. The health and wellbeing of your dog is our main priority.
SHAMPOOS
We use only the highest quality of shampoos that cater for all skin/or hair types. Our products are naturally based, soap free, and environmentally friendly.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
Each groom takes around 1 and half hours to complete. At drop off you will either be given a set time to collect your dog or a text/call 10 minutes prior to being finished.
TIME KEEPING
we ask that you please be on time for your appointment as we have only a selected amount of time in which to complete your dogs groom. dogs arriving 20 MINUTES LATE or more will be rescheduled.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE
In order to keep your dogs coat in the best condition and avoid matting, we recommend that you frequently book your appointments on a 6-8 week schedule. This allows us to keep on top of the coat and free from matting and knots. The more matted the dog, the shorter we must take the haircut.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments. We rely on scheduling of clients for our day to day business operation and can not always fill those spots if not given enough time to do so. SMS reminders are sent out the previous day as a courtesy only. It is your responsibility to remember your own appointment.
